Every NCA member
is entitled to file a deed restriction complaint. Complaints must
be in writing. Upon receipt, a deed restriction coordinator will
investigate the complaint. If a violation occurs, a letter will be
sent to the homeowner describing the violation and a request to
correct the problem. After a reasonable amount of time passes, and
if the problem still exists, the coordinator will contact you with
the available options which could include your deed restriction
coordinator filing a petition in court. If this is necessary, then
the NCA will require the complainant to pay a one time $20.00 fee
to cover expenses. Complaints MUST be in writing. |
