Note:  If you do not know the name or address of the owner of the house you wish the Association to investigate, the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser's office can furnish you with that information.  Call the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser's office at (813) 272-6100.  After you hear the menu options, press '0'.  Tell the operator that you are seeking the name of the owner of a property located in Hillsborough County.  You will be connected to a Customer Service representative.  Tell the representative that you are seeking to identify the owner of a property in Hillsborough County and give the representative the address of the property you wish the Association to investigate.  Also, ask for the mailing address of the owner to determine if the owner's address is other than at the residence you wish us to investigate.  (If the house is a rental, we will need to know where to contact the owner).
