has a different set of Deed Restrictions (outlined below). Please
review the deed restrictions that apply to your village so you
will know your rights as a homeowner. |

The Northdale
Civic Association believes that deed restrictions are an
essential part of maintaining a thriving community that attracts
new owners and builds a neighborhood. Therefore the NCA provides 2 programs to assist in the enforcement
of the deed
restrictions. |

Civic
Association Members patrol the neighborhoods and encourage property owners to comply with the
restrictions. |

2. |
The NCA
works with individual homeowners to guide them toward
enforcing their individual rights related to deed restriction
violations. |
