New applicants for OWLS membership must pay $10 for their badge in addition to the $15 annual membership fee ($25 total and $15 per year thereafter).  Those whose OWLS membership is granted through the Northdale Civic Association (NCA) will pay only $10 (per badge) as a one-time badge fee, as long as NCA dues are current.
 

Renewing members please include $15 per person Annual Registration Fee with Form.
